My editorial comment about it the fight THis fight seems what I had feared like Zurita V Vega one or Zurita Ledezma my feelings is that Christina was pushed too hard too fast. Amanda Serrano defeats Christi The newspaper reporter who was there said this "In one of the more action-packed fights of the night, Amanda Serrano of Brooklyn, NY won by technical knockout one minute and nine seconds into her fight with Christina Ruiz of San Antonio, Texas. Serrano and Ruiz each came out throwing a barrage of punches from the first bell. Serrano did a nice job staying on the outside to utilize her speed while dipping in to land an occasional body shot in the first round. Serrano (4-0, four knockouts) proved to be the aggressor, almost jogging back to Ruiz after each restart, not giving her opponent any time to regather. Ruiz (1-0) didn't back down, landing a number of punches on the inside, but in the end, Serrano's constant pressure was just too much as she picked up the second-round win in the scheduled four-round fight.
